Job Description

Serving K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting, this position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for supporting PreK and Kindergarten learners. The role involves working onsite to deliver specialized speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 25-35 young students, fostering their communication skills within the school environment. Location: Onsite position in Davis, CA Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language pathology services to PreK and Kindergarten students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required; candidates with out-of-state licenses willing to obtain California licensure are encouraged to apply Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous experience working in school settings, especially with early childhood populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a caseload of 25-35 students effectively Position Details: Contract duration: August 20, 2026 - June 4, 2027 Full-time: 37.5 hours per week Location: Davis, CA Benefits: Opportunity to impact young learners during critical developmental stages Collaborative school environment Hands-on professional growth in a K-12 educational setting This role offers a rewarding path for licensed SLP professionals dedicated to early childhood education and communication development.
