Automation and BPM Solution Architect

This role will drive enterprise architecture strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure technology solutions align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement solutions for key business initiatives in consumer and commercial banking. Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices. Analyze business drivers and design enterprise systems that support strategic objectives. Guide development teams in making informed architectural and technology choices. Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to establish standards, evaluate products, and contribute to IT strategy. Lead the implementation of enterprise solutions across multiple business groups. Provide consulting support to application architects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture. Monitor solution portfolios for technological deficiencies and improvement opportunities. Stay ahead of technology trends (AI, ML, cloud computing, automation) and assess their applications in banking and financial services. Analyze the business-IT environment to identify gaps and recommend scalable solutions. Research and evaluate industry trends and their impact on enterprise architecture. Qualifications & ExperienceRequired: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience as a Solutions or Application Architect in the financial or banking sector. Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and integration patterns. Experience designing and implementing web services and APIs. Hands-on experience with SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) processes. Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools (e.g., Bizzdesign, LeanIX). Preferred: Relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.). Knowledge of AI and ML applications in financial services. Experience with automation and BPM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow FSO, PowerAutomate). Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
