Job Title: Radiation Therapist (Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus) Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: On-site (Clinic / Private Practice) Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Friday (No weekends, No on-call) Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and motivated Radiation Therapist (RTT) to join a dynamic oncology team in a fast-paced clinical setting. The Radiation Therapist will administer prescribed radiation treatments under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and treatment accuracy. New graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols Accurately set up and deliver prescribed radiation dosage based on treatment plans and tumor volume Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists to develop and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records, patient documentation, and charge capture Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring safety and precision Monitor patients during treatment sessions and address any concerns or side effects Educate patients on radiation therapy procedures, potential side effects, and post-treatment care Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality oncology care Stay current with advancements in radiation therapy techniques and technology Requirements Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (Required) BLS Certification (Required) Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Work Schedule Monday to Friday Rotating day shifts (early morning to mid-day or mid-day to evening, determined by RT Lead) No weekends No on-call
