About the Role We're seeking an Incentive Compensation Payroll Analyst who is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of sales incentive compensation, from plan modeling and administrative configuration to data validation, calculation of commissions and bonuses, and integration with Tableau and other performance management and compensation data presentation platforms. This role will support Sales, Finance and HR by ensuring compensation is accurate, transparent, and scalable, and by delivering data-driven insights on key performance metrics. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and who excels in managing the complexities of sales data and incentive compensation plans. What You'll Do Sales Compensation Operations Calculate and process bi-weekly payroll for sales employees, including base salary, commissions, bonuses and automotive reimbursement Administration of withholding tax, garnishment and benefit payroll deductions Respond to employee inquiries regarding sales compensation calculations and reporting Model (back-cast and forecast) current and prospective performance-based compensation elements to identify the impact of changes to individual earnings and team-wide or overall company cost-of-sales. Work closely with the Development Operations team on the planned development and configuration of an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform Audit sales incentive compensation reporting calculations and identify root causes of calculation discrepancies Who You Are 3+ years managing variable compensation for a sales organization or similarly complex business performance metrics Strong general HR background related to typical compensation and benefits matters Proven track record of performing payroll at high levels of accuracy and confidentiality Strong communication skills Advanced Excel skillset Experience with Paylocity, Tableau or an Incentive Compensation Management platform a plus AMP Benefits Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Volunteer Time Off Health Insurance (BCBS IL) Dental Insurance (BCBS IL) Vision Insurance (BCBS IL) 401(k) (Fidelity) After successful onboarding, opportunity for hybrid work arrangement
