Case load territory is assigned after orientation.Minimum Qualifications✠Bachelor"s degree or higher inPhysical Therapy 2+ years of general PT experience preferred, or 1 year at PT I level within UVM Health Home Health & Hospice with strong performance Home health experience preferred, but not required, we can train the right person!
