Accounts Payable Manager

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager for a growing organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing process oversight with day-to-day execution and wants long-term growth as the business expands. This is an onsite job in Tulsa, OK. What You'll Do Oversee all accounts payable functions for a high-volume environment Manage and develop a small accounts payable team Handle check runs and ensure timely, accurate payments Process payments for materials and third-party suppliers Work closely with inventory and delivery tickets Partner with accounting leadership to support continuous improvement and scalability What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in accounts payable with over 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced office Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred Strong Excel skills required This is a full time job that will require some overtime.
