Mandarin Construction Coordinator

We are hiring a Mandarin Construction Coordinator fluent in both Mandarin and English to support daily site coordination efforts at a leading semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in field operations, a solid understanding of piping or tool hookup systems, and a readiness to contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced construction environment. Position: Mandarin Construction Project Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ (TSMC site - 85085) Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch); one Saturday off only every month. Pay Rate: $28/hr DOE Responsibilities Serve as the communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking engineers and U.S. construction crews. Provide real-time verbal translation during meetings, walk-throughs, and daily coordination tasks. Monitor site activity and escalate technician issues or delays to field supervisors. Assist with the setup of timecard tracking systems and ensure accurate location reporting (non-certified payroll). Handle administrative coordination tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and field reporting. Support field execution teams in tracking daily progress and coordinating logistics. Contribute to tool hookup or piping coordination efforts as needed. Help uphold safety standards and flag concerns when observed. Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English (required). 1-3 years of experience in construction coordination, field administration, or site support. Experience with tool hookup or piping systems strongly preferred. Prior construction safety knowledge is required; OSHA 30 certification is highly preferred (or must be completed shortly after hire). Must be comfortable working long shifts onsite in a physically active construction zone. Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays during busy periods. Must be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder - this role does not offer future visa sponsorship. Must be able to report daily to the TSMC construction site (ZIP 85085).
