Non CDL Truck Driver ($2000 SIGN ON BONUS!)

Truck Driver / Secondary Help Hourly Rate: $21.00-$26.00 $2000 Sign on bonus Transports cargo to and from specified customer destinations. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. Loads, secures and unloads cargo. Maintains radio or telephone contact with dispatcher to receive delivery or pick up instructions or to receive notice of changes in scheduled delivery or pick up. Maintains logs of travel and cargo according to federal and state regulations. Qualifications & Skills: • Secondary Help to include graining, d-burring, and general help on the production floor when required (willing to train). • Safely operate all vehicles (24' International Box Truck / 16' Mitsubishi Box Truck / Chevy Express Van). • Able to lift 50lb max. • Load/Unload boxes/pallets for delivery to customer/supplier site. • Dependable, positive attitude, and able to work independently. • Demonstrate an initiative for success and a positive work environment. • Prior truck driving experience required with acceptable driving record • Medical card required (Reimbursed by SMI). • Other tasks as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Basic computer skills required.
