Job Posting: Inspector I - Quality Company: Adecco Assignment Type: Temporary Shift: 3rd Shift - Tuesday-Thursday 6:00 PM-4:30 AM, Friday 8:45 PM-7:15 AM Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Position Summary Adecco is currently hiring for an Inspector I - Quality to perform routine and entrylevel inspection tasks in support of quality assurance requirements. This position is responsible for conducting visual inspections, basic functional testing, and documentation activities to ensure products comply with internal and external specifications, including applicable regulatory and quality system standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and subassemblies in accordance with inspection plans and specifications. Utilize microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools; complete 10-15 inspections as required. Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with cGMP and applicable Quality System Regulations. Initiate NonConformance (NC) reports as needed and support NC and CAPA activities. Prepare and scan documents for electronic archival, supporting document control processes. Assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Basic computer skills to access and document information regularly. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, engineering drawings, and communicate effectively. Basic math skills and manual dexterity needed for inspection tasks. Experience with medical device regulations and FDA standards preferred. Education and Experience High School diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or Technical Degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in an office or controlled environment. Long periods of sitting for data entry and analysis may be required. Adequate manual dexterity needed to operate office and inspection equipment. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Minimal travel (less than 5%).
