Business Support Manager

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Support Manager to join their team. As a Business Support Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Risk and Financial Technology (ERFT) department supporting senior management and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Support Manager Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range:$58.36 What's the Job? Manage diverse administrative functions for a large, complex department or business unit, including financial control, budgeting, and project coordination. Lead business management activities within the division, including management routines, financial oversight, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Coordinate with senior executives and teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and facilitate effective communication. Support executive management in managing operational expenses and project portfolios, ensuring visibility and tracking of progress. Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to foster collaboration and transparency across teams. What's Needed? Minimum of 3+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related financial management roles. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, including making impactful presentations. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced or expert skills. What's in it for me?
