Cable Harness Engineer

Client Feedback: Expertise in Power distribution and Cable harness are mandatory EXPERIENCE Minimum 4-7 years of experience in field of Electrical cable harnesses Design Preferred: Schematic design, Component selection, Component layout review and update, Harnesses Design, Cable design and management for High voltage, Low voltage, Communication and fiber optic cables EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION Bachelor's / master's degree in electrical engineering ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES spire to own complete product cable harness design ownership (from concept to Manufacturing and able to interact with stake holders to get signoff) Hands on experience in component selection (Cables, wire, connectors and harnesses accessories) Experience in Power budget and load calculation Expert in Electrical component selection Hands on experience in Harnesses design for PDU, Racks, Process equipment's Hands on experience in electrical schematic design and system level interconnect diagram design Capable to understand the high-level system requirement and providing workable solution Should work independently with minimal guidance Good knowledge in Electro-mechanical component selection Good knowledge in interlock cable design Good knowledge in compliance NFPA, CE, SEMI S2, S8 Good understanding of GD&T Good Knowledge in Cable Manufacturing process.• Good experience in Auto CAD, Knowledge of Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes. Knowledge in Clean room and SEMI standards will be added advantage.
