Job Title: Data Entry Administrator Location: Wrightstown, WI Pay: $25/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Our client, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator / ERP Data Administrator to support operational and administrative functions. This role will focus on maintaining accurate data within the company's ERP system, supporting reporting needs, and assisting internal teams with administrative coordination. The ideal candidate has prior experience working within an ERP or enterprise business system, understands how operational data flows through systems, and can ensure accuracy across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update records within the company ERP system to ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data Enter, review, and validate data related to projects, materials, or operational activities Run and compile reports from ERP and internal systems as requested by leadership Identify discrepancies or missing information within system records and coordinate corrections with internal teams Support administrative processes including documentation management, data tracking, and reporting Assist departments with system updates, record maintenance, and workflow tracking Organize and maintain digital records and documentation in accordance with company procedures Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and coordination tasks Maintain confidentiality of company and project-related information Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and system efficiency Qualifications Previous administrative, data coordination, or office support experience required Experience working within an ERP or enterprise business system strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization while utilizing both administrative and systems experience.
