Position - Painter Job Location - Fall River, WI Starting Date - Immediate Employment Term - Regular, Temp-to-Hire Employment Type - Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) Starting Pay - Depends on Experience, $19 - $21 per hour Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience - At least 1 years of experience Responsibilities - Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Painter is primarily responsible for applying paint on metal fabricated parts. - May be required to help in other production operations within the department. - Apply paint with manual powder gun application. - Perform color changes on application equipment. Qualifications - This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety, and a willingness to learn a trade. - We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge. - Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments. - Basic Computer Knowledge.
