Location: Shallotte, NC Location Type: On-site Pay Range: $25 – $32 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Overview Ace Handyman Services is looking for a highly experienced Master Craftsman / Remodeling Supervisor to join our team in Coastal North Carolina. This role is ideal for a seasoned remodeling professional with deep experience in residential construction who can confidently lead and complete projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Complete full remodel projects (kitchen, bath, siding, interior and exterior) from start to finish Perform a wide range of home improvement tasks including: Carpentry Drywall repair and installation Flooring installation Window and door installation Minor plumbing and electrical work Maintain high craftsmanship standards and ensure project quality Assist with estimating remodeling jobs and project planning Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members Travel locally to job sites within the Brunswick County service area Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements 10+ years of professional experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction Experience across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and light electrical Ability to complete full remodeling projects independently from start to finish Valid driver’s license Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Experience with or comfort estimating remodeling jobs Must currently reside in Brunswick County Nice to Have Prior experience working as a General Contractor (GC) Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Retirement Plan Tool Allowance Overtime Pay Service charge pay for use of personal vehicle (company truck also available) No Weekend Work Growth Opportunities Regular Pay Reviews Consistent Year-Round Work
