Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Training & development About the Role: Join The Goddard School of Woodbury as a Bus Driver, where you play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our School-Age students to/from their elementary schools and field trips. We are seeking a friendly and responsible individual to help create a positive experience for our students and their families. Responsibilities: Safely transport children to and from their elementary school. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus. Maintain a clean and organized bus environment. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist children in boarding and exiting the bus safely. Monitor student behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment during transit. Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management. Requirements: Valid driver's license with no driving violations within the last 3 years. Experience driving a bus or similar vehicle preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Must pass a background check and medical examination. First Aid and CPR certification (we will provide if necessary). Flexible schedule to accommodate route hours. Passion for working with children and contributing to their safety and well-being. the ability to work both inside and outside the school. the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
