RF Test Engineer

We are seeking an RF Test Engineer / RF Validation Engineer to support RF test plan execution and automation activities. This role focuses on running RF test programs, developing Python-based automation, and analyzing results across multiple wireless technologies in a fast-paced lab environment. Role: RF Test Engineer / RF Validation Engineer Focus Area: RF Testing, Automation, Test Execution Key Qualifications Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and communications theory Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment: Spectrum Analyzers (SA) Signaling Testers Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) Python scripting for test automation and data processing Experience executing and organizing RF test plans Strong English communication skills for reporting results and issues Well-organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a start-up-like environment Nice to Have Knowledge of wireless standards: 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS Familiarity with antenna and OTA characterization Experience developing RF test plans and managing large test datasets Responsibilities Execute RF test programs across multiple wireless technologies Debug RF test setups and lab configurations Develop and enhance automation scripts for RF lab testing Triage test failures and analyze RF performance data Generate test reports and clearly communicate results Document and report code and test changes If this opportunity aligns with your background, please share: Updated resume Availability / notice period Relevant RF or wireless testing experience
