Nothing in this posting or assignment should be interpreted as a guarantee of employment or consideration for future permanent rolesWhat you will do: The Production Designer works closely with the Brand Design team to translate approved creative concepts into high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready assets. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and production efficiency across all channels while maintaining brand integrity. You will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, and Category teams to ensure every execution is built correctly, efficiently, and ready for production. This role is ideal for a detail-driven designer who takes pride in craft, precision, and collaboration. Here's a day in the life:. Adapt master creative into multiple formats with precision across layout, typography, color, and specifications Build final, print-ready and digital-ready assets for packaging, retail displays, shopper marketing, sales materials, and environmental graphics Prepare, preflight, and export files to meet vendor, printer, and platform specifications with a high degree of accuracy Conduct detailed quality checks throughout the proofing process, ensuring accuracy in color, layout, copy, and regulatory requirements Review color proofs and perform preflight inspections to ensure final output meets brand and technical expectations Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Category, Regulatory, and Packaging R&D partners to resolve production challenges Track projects in Workfront (training provided by Tillamook) Maintain organized files, version control, and production best practices Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance quality through templates, standards, and improved production methods Success in this role means delivering accurate, on-brand, production-ready assets that move smoothly through review and approval with minimal revisions.Knowledge, skills, and abilities: 3-5+ years of graphic design/production design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Possess a strong understanding of CPG packaging workflows, print production, color management, and prepress Demonstrate strong design problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously Work closely with project managers to follow production schedules, manage time effectively, and prioritize daily workloads in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities Bring experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendor partners Value teamwork, shared ownership, and contributing to a collaborative creative culture Industry leading benefit and reward programs: We offer outstanding benefits to our employees.
