CO-Physical Therapist Outpatient Carbondale Clinic

Western Colorado pemier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist located at on our Valley View Carbondale Clinic. Due to increase in volume we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff #'s to accomodate. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients' strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You'll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week, weekdays will vary , but will include a Saturday schedule. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes!
