This is a permanent assignment with a steady, non-rotating weekend schedule - ideal for dependable individuals seeking stable overnight hours. Schedule: Friday & Saturday | 10:00PM - 6:00AM What You'll Be Doing: Provide a professional security presence at assigned client site Patrol premises and monitor access points Observe and report safety or security concerns Respond to emergencies and enforce site policies and procedures Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software Maintain communication with clients, supervisors, and fellow officers Follow all company and site-specific security protocols Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and dependable work ethic Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions Comfortable with wildlife that may inhabit the property (deer, foxes, raccoons, possums, etc.) Flexible availability for extended shifts if client needs require Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required Must pass a mandatory background check Must attend in-person orientation prior to being scheduled Compensation & Benefits: Starting Pay: $16.00/hour Overtime paid for hours worked over 40 per week, in accordance with applicable law Military veterans and active-duty service members receive an additional $0.25/hour Part-Time (16-29 hours/week) Paid Time Off: 24 hours earned after successful completion of probationary period Health Benefits: Available to full-time employees (30+ hours/week) after 6 months of regular employment Why Work for KRE Security?
