Deliverables: • Transport construction materials and equipment to job sites in a safe and timely manner. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance. • Maintain accurate logs of vehicle maintenance and service records. • Load and unload materials using appropriate safety protocols and equipment. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while operating vehicles. • Communicate effectively with construction team members to coordinate delivery schedules. • Assist in the planning of transportation routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delays. Skills and Requirements: • Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. • 2 + years' experience as a truck driver in the construction industry. • Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary • Familiarity with construction materials and equipment transportation. • Ability to load, unload & secure equipment safely and properly & lift 80 pounds • Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in driving. • Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Sense of urgency, attention to detail and positive attitude Compensation: • Competitive Pay - $20.00 to $30.00 per hour (dependent upon experience) • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Benefits • Company PAID life and short-term disability insurance • 401k & Company Match • On-site Employee Gym • State of the art equipment and repair facility • Team building events & Continued Education/Training • PTO/Paid Holidays
