Clinician - Onsite New Haven, CT - Full Time - $72,000-$77,000 Per Year Title: Clinician Location: New Haven, CT Position Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$70,000-$75,000 Per Year Summary: • This position involves working in an extended care and residential behavioral health program for young adults aged 18-26. • The role is fully onsite in New Haven, CT, and requires a full-time commitment. • The ideal candidate will provide therapy and engage with clients and their families. Requirements • Provide individual and group therapy for approximately 20 hours per week. • Facilitate process-oriented and psychoeducational groups. • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Provide cross-coverage for colleagues when needed. • Engage families in the treatment process through regular meetings. • Maintain confidentiality while providing clinical updates. Qualifications • LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Connecticut. • Experience in residential or extended-care settings preferred. • Strong trauma-informed clinical foundation. • Experience treating substance use disorders. • Experience with PTSD and complex trauma. • Experience with personality disorders. • Experience with co-occurring mental health conditions.
