Compliance / Notes - Vaccines: Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required. - Licensure: RNs must have a valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission. - References: 2 professional references required - at least 1 must be a manager/director. - Fingerprinting: Ohio fingerprinting process is urgent - candidates must complete fingerprints immediately after signing contract. - RTO required with submission; locals accepted at same rate; former facility employees eligible after 6+ months.
