Onsite SupervisorLocation: Burlington, VTSchedule: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (flexibility required based on business needs)Pay Rate: $23.80/hrAbout the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced processing environment. This role supervises data-entry teams, ensures accurate and timely completion of work, and supports consistent, high-quality workflow execution.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, adaptable leader with strong communication skills and experience driving performance in deadline-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Development Manage a team of full-time and part-time frontline associates Coach and develop Team Leads and Operations team members Conduct regular performance feedback and counseling with associates Foster a highly engaged, teamwork-driven environment Operational Leadership & Workflow Management Oversee daily workflow for assigned processing workgroups Allocate work efficiently to maximize throughput Monitor shift performance, escalate delays, and resolve processing issues Adapt effectively to changing business needs and priorities Quality, Productivity & Compliance Maintain direct ownership of remittance processing productivity and quality Ensure strict adherence to customer guidelines, bank policies, audit, and security standards Requirements 2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience in operations, processing, or administrative environments Demonstrated background in coaching, training, motivating, and developing team members Strong leadership capabilities including planning, problem-solving, conflict resolution, analysis, team-building, and interpersonal communication Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and all levels of the organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical & Operational Skills Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to adapt to changing business needs and shifting priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (up to 95%) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Security Requirements This role may require a Government Security Clearance, which may include: Fingerprinting Credit check Employment history verification Proof of U.S. permanent residency covering the past 7 years If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
