HCL is doing the configuration and development -The data is being moved from SAP SD and MM to MIC (Mosaic Information Center - SF) o Day to day responsibilities:. This resource will connect the third party (HCL) and Mosaic teams to ensure proper delivery of the data. Will manage the project making sure requirements get into Jira, Going Live with SF (lighting) version for Mosaic Direct - May 05 Focus on connection to SAP leading into go-live and post go-live support (3 months) Integration between the systems à issues are going to be on the functional side on explaining to ABAP Has some developed runbooks/knowledge base from existing resource Main function of role: Gathering details, analyzing with ABAP team, where and why broken and fix Understand tables / Percentage of time configuration - 20% Building functional specs - main focus Modules: SD - Sales and Distribution MM - Materials Management o Everything else finished good, commercial sales • Are there deliverables and milestones the team is working towards?
