Physical Therapist - travel

Duties: The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a large acute care facility and be a team player who will provide exceptional care to our patients. Principal Accountabilities: Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision. Skills: Inpatient Care Candidates with high-acuity experience are highly preferred, particularly in ICU, Step-Down, or Cardiac units. Experience in Acute Care in large academic medical setting Preference given to candidates that have completed a successful clinical affiliation with Atlantic Health. Preference given to candidates with Board Certification as Specialist in an area suitable for care in an acute care setting. Education New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is strongly preferred Schedule Notes: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Hours Per Day: 8.00 Hours Per Week 40.00 Department: I/P REHAB PHYSICAL THERAPY
