A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage at an elementary school in Lititz, PA. This position is ideal for candidates holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), with experience in pediatrics and school-based settings. This role involves managing a caseload of approximately 57 students, including consult-only cases and support for a self-contained K-2nd grade Autistic Support classroom. The SLP will have a private office space suitable for small group sessions, providing both a professional and comfortable environment for therapy delivery. Key qualifications and skills: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in pediatrics and school settings CCC or CFY eligible candidates welcomed Ability to manage a moderately sized caseload effectively Experience working with students with diverse communication needs, including autism spectrum disorders Strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration with school staff and families Position details: Location: Elementary school in Lititz, PA Duration: March 9th through June 5th (covering FMLA leave) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (flexible within school hours; students arrive at 7:45 AM and dismiss at 2:35 PM) Contract assignment for the current school year Responsibilities include delivering speech therapy services in individual and group formats, conducting assessments, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.
