Responsibilities The Lead Engineering Mechanic-DL provides effective and efficient services to the hospital and ancillary departments, coordinating the on-the- job training to new and existing staff, providing instruction and/or guidance for work, and recommending problem resolution and timely feedback to the manager about problematic situations. The Lead Engineering Mechanic-DL disseminates preventive maintenance assignments and helps with coverage of shift and scheduling across all engineering department specializations. This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors.
