Title: ServiceNow Developer - Integration experience + SQL Location : Jersey City, NJ Duration: Fulltime JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description ServiceNow Developer - Integration experience + SQL • 6-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform • 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations • Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships • Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP • Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation • Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes • Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniques • Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure • Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB • Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework • Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations • Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics • Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred • Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills • Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure) • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs • Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.
