Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring a consistent care experience for your patients. Commit to ongoing professional development through continuing education and team collaborations. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized and accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications Active state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
