Fire Alarm Technician Job Description: The Fire Alarm Technician will assist with the installation, inspection, and service of fire alarm systems on commercial projects. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in fire alarm and life safety systems while working under the supervision of licensed senior technicians. • Assist with installation of fire alarm devices including pull stations, smoke detectors, horn/strobes, and control panels • Pull and route fire alarm cabling in accordance with project requirements • Support inspections and testing of fire alarm systems • Label devices and wiring per code and project specifications • Maintain a clean and safe job site • Follow NFPA, NEC, and local AHJ requirements • Read and follow basic blueprints and work orders • Assist senior technicians during troubleshooting and service calls Basic Requirements: • 1 year of experience in fire alarm, low-voltage, or construction preferred • Willingness to learn fire alarm codes and life safety standards • Must have Valid Driver's License and own transportation • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen • Must be able to work a flexible schedule Ignite Your Career with Us!
