Job Summary The Director of the PICU & Rapid Response Team oversees daily operations, clinical performance, staff development, and patient safety across two high-acuity pediatric service lines. This leader works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing teams, and hospital executives to ensure exceptional critical care, rapid intervention readiness, and family-centered clinical excellence.
