Job Description Our client is looking for a talented senior-level CNC Machinist who loves tackling complex CNC Swiss setups, programming challenges, and hands-on problem-solving. Location: Wilmington, MA Hours: First shift: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days Monday - Friday Pay: 35/hr - 48/hr DOE Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Operate, set up, and program CNC Swiss machines Adjust offsets, tooling, speeds, and feeds Troubleshoot programs and machining issues Read blueprints/technical drawings Perform hand finishing and routine maintenance Maintain quality standards, GMP/GDP, and 5S Record production activity in job tracking system Support continuous improvement and training efforts Requirements HS Diploma/GED CNC Swiss machining experience Ability to run multiple CNC machines Strong blueprint reading & measurement skills Programming experience (with some supervision) Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused team player Preferred Tooling & Machining certificate, associate degree, or apprenticeship Physical Requirements Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform typical shop-floor activities.
