Job Description

Overview The Accounting Clerk will provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with payroll, handling A/P and A/R responsibilities, assuring compliance in hourly employee personnel files, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, and general clerical duties, and GL entries. Perform month end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reporting to management. Safeguard company assets, and provide data and fiscal support to other departments within the company This role pays an hourly rate of $21.00-$25.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 10, 2026. Responsibilities Support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Assist with Stagehand payroll spreadhseets Assist with event settlements Post vendor invoices and matching them to purchase orders Address any vendor questions Set up new vendors Check Accounts Payable Mailbox Process invoices, voids and refunds Daily bank deposits/TM Sales Deposits Create customer statements Support for audit requests Research vendor inquiries Qualifications Degree in Business or related field is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft such as word processing and spreadsheet applications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment Responsible to work independently Payroll and scheduling system background Prior purchasing experience is a plus Must be initiative-taking with excellent organizational skills
