Machine Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Job Description Job Title: Maintenance & Facilities Manager We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems while guiding a skilled maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Lead troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC machines, manual equipment, assembly systems, and facility infrastructure Provide technical leadership on electrical systems including PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and sensors Manage preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/work order systems Diagnose recurring equipment issues and implement long-term corrective solutions Oversee facility systems including HVAC, boilers, compressed air, wastewater treatment, and electrical distribution Train and support maintenance staff while coordinating vendors and contractors Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce safety and environmental standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibility Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLC systems and industrial controls Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with CMMS systems (JDE a plus) Wastewater Treatment Certification preferred Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges and driving operational reliability, we encourage you to apply. #INDTaunton Additional Information At HW Staffing Solutions we recognize the value of our employee associates as equally as our clients.
