EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality is a plus. At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities. Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.
