Job Title: WelderPay: $30 - $35/hr DOEShift: 5am - 1:30pm; Monday - Friday Occasional OT on Saturdays Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled welders to join our high-output fabrication team, supporting heavy industrial and structural builds. This role involves welding A36 mild steel components ranging from ½ inch to 1.5 inches thick, along with rectangular and round 2-beam assemblies. Work is performed according to detailed blueprint callouts, requiring accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable staying under the hood for long stretches—up to eight hours a day—while producing clean, defect-free welds and avoiding issues such as porosity or air pockets. In addition to welding, the role includes assembly work, fitting parts, and collaborating with other departments throughout the fabrication process.Responsibilities Perform Flux-Core welding on mild steel components in accordance with blueprint specifications. Fit and assemble structural components using a variety of hand and power tools. Conduct visual inspections to verify weld quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy. Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Support additional fabrication tasks as needed, including work with aluminum components. Essential Skills 2–5 years of welding experience. Experience working with structural or steel equipment for 2–5 years. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout plans. Proficiency in MIG and Flux-Core welding. Experience with aluminum welding. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Our first shift runs Monday through Friday from 5am to 1:30pm, with a lunch break from 9:45am to 10:15am.
