Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Edison, NJ Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year Summary PTAs are a key part of keeping rehab practical, motivating, and effective. In this role, you’ll help patients work through exercises and functional training that improve daily life—walking easier, returning to work tasks, and getting back to activities they’ve been avoiding. Responsibilities Deliver PT-directed interventions during scheduled patient visits Lead exercise progressions and movement retraining with safe technique Use modalities as ordered and follow clinic safety procedures Observe patient performance and share meaningful updates with the PT Reinforce home exercise programs and answer basic treatment questions Keep documentation accurate, complete, and timely Contribute to a clean, organized treatment space and smooth clinic flow Requirements PTA degree from an accredited program New Jersey PTA license in good standing CPR/BLS certification Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems Strong patient communication and professionalism Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re looking for a solid weekday role with competitive pay, reach out with your resume and availability.
