Unarmed Security Officers /Northern VA

We are seeking reliable and experienced Unarmed Security Officers to become an integral part of our team. These unarmed security officers will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. Full time and part time positions available. The pay range for this position is $15-$17/hr. Responsibilities:Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security Warn violators of premise rules and regulations Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes Request emergency personnel for high risk situations Qualifications: Strong candidates will have their Virginia DCJS License (Training is available if other requirements are met) Highly preferred 2 years of security experience but entry level positions are available Must be capable of meeting physical requirements such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, running, physically restraining a violent person, lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs Strong attention to detail First Aid and CPR/AED certified Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Openings:Fairfax Reston Ashburn Sat and Sun 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a Arlington Sat and Sun 11p-7a Alexandria Benefits:Health insurance Experience level:Dependent on client requirements Highly preferred at least 1 year of prior security experience Entry level positions and training available for certain openings Compensación: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour About Us Sentry Force Security is a private security firm specializing in armed and unarmed uniformed security services.
