The per diem PT may also cover patients in the High Risk Infant Follow-up Clinic.Qualifications:Required: Doctorate in physical therapy from an APTA accredited school of physical therapy. Preferred: Pediatric PT experience Certifications and Licenses Required: Licensed in the State of New Jersey. BLS Certification Required. (American Heart Association) Successful completion of all Orientation Programs. Scheduling Requirements: Days ( 4-5 hours on Wednesdays and at least 1 other afternoon each week.
