Provide education for both patients and families to bolster progress between therapy sessions. Engage in sporadic inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity in care throughout the patient's treatment journey. Maintain precise and timely documentation as per state, federal, and organizational regulations. Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaborative efforts with peers. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified. Certifications State licensure as a Licensed Speech Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary within the first month of work.
