Job Description Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA Assignment: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM,12hr Nights 48hr gt Start Date: 3/23/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed Traveler Policy: MED SURG TRAVELERS MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY MS UNIT. CLIENT WILL NOT CONSIDER BLOCK SCHEDULING; WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY Location: Pittsfield, MA Non-billable orientation: 8hrs Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds, depending upon the Unit Patient Ratio: 1:6, typically Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). This position is responsible for providing expert assessment, treatment, consultation, planning, and leadership oversight for optimal lactation management in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. For patients with advanced lactation support needs, the team will formulate an interdisciplinary plan of care and communicate with the care team related to these goals and plans. Key Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs Develop and implement individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Perform nursing procedures within the RN scope of practice Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on care, medications, and discharge needs Adhere to infection control and safety standards Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer Requirements Minimum Requirements: 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience is required Telemetry experience is required Willingness to float- Required Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred] BLS, NIHSS, AND ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. The facility will not pend certifications.
