Description Conduct thorough evaluations for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing standardized assessments and keen observational methods. Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to address both immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges. Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that focus on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues. Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, physicians, patients, and their families to create integrated care strategies. Provide education to patients and their families to encourage progress beyond clinical visits. Engage in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the patient's journey. Keep precise and timely documentation in line with state, federal, and organizational regulations. Remain knowledgeable about advancements in the field through continuous education and peer interactions. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified yet. Certifications Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist. Skills Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods appropriate for all ages, with a comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders stemming from both developmental and acquired conditions. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Ability to adjust therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Strong clinical judgment and adept problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with electronic health records and stringent documentation requirements. Benefits Competitive compensation reflective of your experience. Flexible scheduling options, promoting healthy work-life balance and diverse caseloads. Potential to specialize in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics. Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage options. Support for continuing education and professional growth. A collaborative, team-oriented environment that emphasizes quality care and lifelong learning. A Journey That Moves You - and Moves with You In this role, your contribution transcends speech therapy; you will weave into the very fabric of a community dedicated to rejuvenating voices, enhancing communication, and celebrating life's most cherished moments through understanding. As part of this close-knit team, you will work alongside clinicians who take pride in nurturing each other, valuing collaboration over rivalry. Each patient possesses a unique story; we trust you to play a pivotal role in narrating it.
