Job Overview & Work SiteRole Overview The Clinic Manager position combines patient care with leadership responsibilities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader or a physical therapist ready to step into management. You will maintain a normal outpatient orthopedic caseload while overseeing clinic operations and guiding your team. Key Responsibilities Clinical Management Supervise and mentor physical therapists and support staff Provide direct patient care and treatment planning Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation Support a collaborative and positive clinic environment Administrative & Operational Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and compliance with regulations Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Conduct monthly staff meetings and one-on-one check-ins Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies What We Treat and How We Do ItOur clinics focus on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions and serve a diverse patient population.
