Voyage Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialty Supervisor (CMA/LPN/RN). Responsibilities include: coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry Departments. Recommends hiring of, orienting of, and training of Medical Support Staff (MSS) and always ensures proper clinic coverage. Evaluates the performance of staff in conjunction with physicians and clinic site manager. Works closely with department providers and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating various projects and protocols within the specialty departments. Join a team that values your voice, supports your growth, and celebrates your success. CMA/LPN Salary Range: $60,000 - $74,000 per year, based on years of relevant experience. RN Salary Range: $79,000 - $96,000 per year, based on years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry Departments Ensures, oversees, and actively participates in orientation and training of newly hired staff Evaluate staff performance in conjunction with the Site Manager Assists with the development, review, and updating policies, procedures, and clinical protocols as needed Communicates changes in clinic policies related to supervised areas to all clinic locations Shares new information regarding medications, procedures, and clinic updates to Providers and staff Facilitates provider meetings for Gynecology, Rheumatology, and Podiatry every six weeks Facilitates staff meetings for each specialty department every six weeks in coordination with provider meetings, to ensure timely and consistent communication Maintains current knowledge on emerging advancements in gynecology, rheumatology, and podiatry, and evaluates clinical effectiveness and financial feasibility for potential implementation.
