These roles support essential financial operations and help ensure strong financial stewardship in a public service environment.Parks and Recreation positionHours: Monday through Friday core business hours with a flexible hybrid schedule.The Parks and Recreation Accounting Technician I supports the department’s daily financial processing, ensuring accurate and timely handling of payments and revenue. This role plays a key part in recording and reconciling financial activity that keeps community programs and facilities operating smoothly.Here's what you can expect to do: Process accounts payable entries, accounts receivable transactions, and cash receipts, and assist with related reporting. Investigate and resolve payment questions while supporting program staff, vendors, and contractors. Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) positionHours: Monday through Friday core business hours, with the opportunity for remote work after the probationary period.The SPRWS Accounting Technician I supports essential accounting functions that ensure accurate billing, cost tracking, and financial recordkeeping for the water utility. The role works across multiple financial systems to maintain reliable and transparent financial documentation.Here's what you can expect to do: Process and record billable work, deposits, invoices, and reimbursement documentation.
