School Based Clinician

School Based ClinicianLocation: Great Neck, NY | Salary: $53,000/year | Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PMThe Clinician will provide trauma-informed, systems-based and strength-based psychotherapy services in Spanish to ENL students and their families as part of the Family First school-based counseling program. The Clinician will maintain communication with school's mental health and ENL staff to benefit student's progress.Responsibilities: Provide school-based individual and family psychotherapy services to students. Conduct group sessions with students in-school Conduct initial client assessments; develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate and communicate with other referral sources as well as other service providers Maintain client case records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and FCA policies Collaborate with school staff to benefit student's treatment and ability to access resources Engage in professional development training Assume other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as needed to ensure effective program and agency operations. Qualifications: Master's Degree (MFT, MHC, or MSW) required Minimum of two years of counseling experience with adolescents and families Three years' experience working with at-risk youth. Spanish Fluency required.
