Pool Coordinator

Position Type: Temporary/Seasonal Employees Date Posted: 2/26/2026 Location: Parks/Recreation Department POSITION: Summer Pool Coordinator Parks and Recreation June 2026 - August 2026 WAGE: $22 to $24 per hour - Up to 40 hours/week PRIMARY DUTIES Responsible for overseeing all operations of the 3 public pools; assign work to lifeguards; evaluate staff; inspect facility; maintain records for attendance; check water chemistry. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver's license High school diploma or certified equivalent plus 1 year supervisory/management and 1-3 years related experience Lifeguard certification is required.
