As our Banquet Captain, you'll be the ultimate vibe curator and service leader, orchestrating flawless events with tropical flair and first-class hospitality. What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise banquet team members during events, ensuring service flows effortlessly Coordinate with culinary, bar, and event planning teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences Oversee room setup, décor, and breakdown according to event specifications Conduct pre-shift meetings to review timelines, service standards, and guest expectations Monitor food and beverage presentation to ensure quality and consistency Address guest needs and resolve concerns promptly with positivity and professionalism Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout each event Inspire the team to deliver service with genuine island hospitality Qualifications What We're Looking For Previous banquet or event leadership experience (Banquet Captain or Supervisor preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Knowledge of food & beverage service standards Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for hospitality Benefits Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
