Benefits: Health Benefits for full time 401K plan with company match Paid time off Employee Assistance Program Job Duties: Develop and provide individualized treatment plans Complete required assessments Apply and provide clinical judgement Complete administrative duties Function independently as well as part of the treatment team Complete required documentation in a timely manner Lead therapy sessions Lead/participate in team meetings Understand how trauma affects an individual and know effective ways to respond to individuals who have experienced it. Job Qualifications: Master's Degree preferred in counseling, social work, psychology, or related clinical field. Must have reliable transportation as this is a mobile therapy position. You travel to the client to provide treatment. The position requires three clearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check. Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required.
