Global Manufacturing Engineer ManagerLead finning operations, driving process improvement, LEAN principles, and advanced manufacturing capability across multiple global sites.Key Responsibilities Serve as global SME for finning technology, including fin design, materials, forming, and assembly. Drive KPI performance, standardization, and continuous improvement across all finning operations. Support global rollout of new fin machines (4 installed, 6 upcoming) and lead technology adoption. Partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost. Conduct global training, audits, and best-practice deployment. Lead process optimization, equipment capability, and digital integration initiatives. Required Background Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering. Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally with finned-tube or sheet metal processes. Proven leadership with a LEAN mindset and ability to drive global process alignment. Ability to lead technology deployment, coach teams, and influence across cultures and sites.
